Collection- FREE

Orders can be collected same day as long as the shop is open. Please check social media and/or Google for up to date opening hours.

Please note our shop is located in the big blue building next to the coop we sit behind the Gillytree on Woodside Road. We are Unit 9 just as you enter the car park.

Custom Charges

Please be aware due to Brexit some countries have changed their custom charge policy,

We recommend you look into this before placing an order.

The buyer will be responsible for any fees, duty or tax charges.

We recommend any fees are paid as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Eu Countries are experiencing delays in customs. Please be mindful of this when placing an order as once the parcel has left our hands there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

Returns Policy

Please note all returns will be exchange or credit note only. We no longer offer a refund as part of our returns policy.

​Items may be returned undamaged with the tag intact within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was received. You must contact us for the return address and then return the item/s ASAP. 

​

Please ensure when trying garments on to put a bib on your little one to prevent any chance of drool or spit up getting on the garment. If this does occur this would deem the item non-returnable. If trying on shoes please ensure to do so on a soft surface such as carpet as any wear to the soles will deem the item non-returnable.

The buyer will be responsible for all postage expenses unless an error has occurred by Harper Maddison Baby Boutique and must be returned Tracked or Recorded Delivery. If the parcel goes missing etc this is your responsibility and you must take it up with the courier company.

Please note: Sale Items, hats, socks, tights, headbands, bows, rattles, comforters  and pants are all non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.​​

If any items you receive are damaged or faulty you must notify us within 48hrs and return the damaged item(s) within 14 Days of you receiving them.

​​

We reserve the right not to refund/exchange any items which appear to have been used, damaged or do not display the original tags. If you return them with any of these issues you will be required to pay postage costs to return the item back to you.

​

Boutique clothing tends to be very delicate so it is important you treat with care. We do not accept liability for any items that become damaged with snags, bobbling, loose threads etc once tags are removed and/or it's been worn.
